150 years ago, on the 15th April 1870 (which was a Good Friday), the first Methodist Church in Crowthorne was erected on the site where our present Church now stands.

Worship

Sunday Worship

  • Every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.
  • Holy Communion celebrated monthly
  • Supervised creche for under 3s
  • Adventurers group for children aged 3+
  • All Age Worship once per quarter









Our weekly Sunday morning service is a blend of traditional and contemporary worship styles and music. It includes many of the following:


  • A mix of music from the organ and other musicians
  • Medleys of worship songs
  • Open prayer time
  • Intercession prayers led by members
  • Times of quiet
  • A children’s talk
  • A screen is used to feature song words, videos, photographs, meditations, teaching aids or notes etc.


The whole church family worship together and then the children aged 3+ participate in a time of shared worship, prior to enjoying their own sessions in our Adventurers group. We also provide a supervised creche for children aged under 3, in the Adventurers setting.

Tuesday Worship


  • Every Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m.
  • Followed by a Churches Together in Crowthorne (CTC) coffee morning
  • Holy Communion celebrated monthly


Our weekly Tuesday morning service is a reflective time of prayers, devotions and music. This is an Ecumenical Service and is led and attended by members from various Crowthorne churches.
